The Furniture Guard - functionally convenient!
Philadelphia, PA— The invention of the Furniture Guard offers a creative concept for a protective guard that is designed to be secured around the base of couches, chairs and other furnishings. Configured to be produced in a variety of materials and designs, the Furniture Guard would not detract from the furniture, but conveniently prevent toys, remote controls, eyeglasses, and a myriad of other items from “disappearing” under furniture.
The Furniture Guard was invented by Jessica S. and Jules S. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They state, “Our invention would provide a suitable barrier around the base of sofas and chairs, eliminating the aggravation of small items becoming lost beneath the furniture. We designed the Furniture Guard to be produced in a variety of sizes to accommodate various furnishings. The product could be packaged as an easily assembled kit, allowing the consumer to cut the guard to the exact dimensions needed.”
