THE SOCK SAVER ...

... keeps socks 'paired' during laundry.

CAPISTRANO BEACH, CA—Do you remember Erma Bombeck and some of her hilarious columns? She often addressed the fact that the washer or dryer ‘ate’ one of the socks. This happens often to all of us, but if we use the Sock Saver those concerns are over. The Sock Saver is a fabric pouch inside of which the user inserts a pair of socks prior to tossing them into the washer. The Sock Saver will prevent paired socks from becoming separated and “lost” during laundry. It is about 48”L x 20”W and configured with up to 18 self enclosed pockets which serve to keep the paired socks secure. Water, detergent and softener freely flow through the mesh fabric during wash cycle and warm air does the same when it is in the dryer.

The Sock Saver was invented by Patrick K. of Capistrano Beach, CA. He said, “It seems to me that every time my socks were loose in the washer or dryer I ended up with some missing and then have discard the one without a mate. The Sock Saver even eliminates the need to roll, fold, or pair hosiery because it ensures that paired socks stay paired. Best of all, there is no more frustration and search for the missing sock and no constant replacement costs either. I have a prototype and it works exceptionally well.”
