NORWALK, CA— This is a personal grooming tool made of lightweight plastic material and boasting surgical stainless steel components. The Thing-Back Scratcher & Toe Nail File is a cylindrical shaped rod with one end having a claw-like back scratcher forming a ‘hand’ and tapered to form a soft flat edge to gently sooth even the deepest itch. The rod has telescoping components with a locking knob positioned on the side. It will expand up to 36” in total length or double its size. Positioned on the other end is a threaded fitting that accommodates a 5” nail file or an emery board, according to the needs of the user.

It is easy to operate and expands or contracts in seconds. For those with arthritis or limited mobility it is a lifesaver when trying to reach dry patches of skin on the lower back, thighs or top of the foot.
