... tints area in driver's direct field of vision.
DANBURY, CT—Attention drivers! Wouldn’t you appreciate a means to block the harmful glare of the sun which enters your vehicle through the windshield? The new Self Dimming Windshield is a special designed windshield featuring a self dimming system embedded in the glass as a result of exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light. An eye location sensor is mounted on the upper dashboard to determine the line of sight of the driver. The windshield will not dim in any other area and does not hinder the ability of the driver to focus on the road.
The Self Dimming Windshield was invented by Michael and Denise M. of Danbury, CT. They said, “The self dimming system is designed to tint only the area of the windshield in the driver’s direct field of vision and eliminates the blinding glare caused by sunlight even on the brightest of days. The Self Dimming Windshield will provide motorists with a simple means of blocking the harmful glare of the sun and enable them to comfortably view the road ahead. New car buyers will want this upgrade option on their new car purchase, but it can also be an aftermarket product.
