Atlantic City, NJ—The invention of the Shower Cap Trash Bag offers a creative concept for a trash can liner featuring an elastic banding about the opening. This innovative trash bag is configured to securely grip the rim of any trash can shape, preventing the weight of trash from pulling the bag into the receptacle.

The Shower Cap Trash Bag was invented by Cyrene C. She said, “My invention would eliminate the aggravation of a trash can liner that disappears into the receptacle, pulled downward by the weight of the trash inside. Without the time consuming and unsanitary task of retrieving the sides of the bag and pulling it up, or transferring the contents of the bag into another container, the job of emptying trash can liners would be much easier and cost effective.”
